For heavily used, robust carpeting

Powered by its own motor, the brush rotates at a steady speed and applies uniform pressure – independent of the selected suction power. The rotation ensures intense deep action and thereby especially thorough cleaning of heavily used, robust carpeting. "Heavily trodden paths" across carpets are avoided. The electrobrush can be switched off and is thus also suitable for smooth floors.

Cleans every fibre

The roller brush of the integrated "Power Plus" electrobrush is spring-loaded, allowing it to automatically adjust to the pile of the carpet. This ensures perfect cleaning results all the time. The electrobrush is equipped with a footswitch for easy transition over carpet edges.

Outstanding cleaning performance

Optimally positioned suction channels and wave-shaped brushes ensure exceptional cleaning performance. Thorough vacuuming even up to the edges of the floor. Hair and threads can be easily removed from the roller brush. The floor unit has a safety switch-off if anything is vacuumed up by mistake. The furniture protection strip made of soft synthetic material protects furniture and appliance in case of accidental collisions.

Totally stable

Thanks to its large footprint, the Dynamic U1 can be parked securely without tipping over during breaks in vacuuming. The roller brush switches off automatically in order to protect the carpet.

That is easy on the power supply.

The selected power level is ramped up slowly when Miele vacuum cleaners are switched on. This protects the mains from overload.

Move around obstacles with ease

The Dynamic U1 is equipped with a unique double-swivel joint. This makes it surprisingly manoeuvrable and easily able to pass over or around obstacles.

For inaccessible places

The double swivel joint and slender body on the Dynamic U1 make it possible: vacuuming under beds, tables, and sideboards is very easy.

For large areas

10 m long cable, telescopic tube, and flexible suction hose: the Dynamic U1 provides you with an operating radius of 14 m. This enables large areas to be vacuumed with ease as there is no need to frequently switch sockets.

Always at hand

Three premium accessories are integrated as standard at the back of Miele upright vacuum cleaners. Upholstery nozzle, dusting brush and an extra long crevice nozzle are at hand at all times.

No more tangled cables

Two cable hooks as well as the practical cable clip secure the supply lead to the casing – tidy and always to hand. When work starts the cable can be released quickly by turning the lower cable hook upwards.

It is important to return your product with the form attached to ensure that your return is not delayed upon receipt in our warehouse. Before returning any product, email sarah@cometlighting.co.uk for a RMA number, we will respond via email with you RMA number and any return instructions.  Postage fees for any returns are your responsibility.

Up to 14 Days After Purchase

Under the new distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract with Comet Lighting LTD and return your goods for a refund within 14 working days, from the day after you receive the goods.

It is the customer’s statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession. Therefore, we recommend the goods are returned ‘with’ the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey as it is the customer’s responsibility to take care of the goods during the cancellation period.

Please note it is the consumers responsibility to pay for return postage to Comet Lighting Ltd when the goods are not faulty.

If a returns label and bag is needed we can arrange this for you for a cheaper price than it would cost you to return it back to us.
If it was sent to you by Royalmail we can send a returns label for £10.
If it was sent to you by other courier (Extra large box - UK Mail) we can send a returns label for £20.

You can request to return goods after 14 Days with a restocking fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.

A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of cancellation.

Please note credit/debit card refund can take 4 working days to clear.

Non faulty goods must be returned at the customers own cost within this period.


Faulty Goods

All Items sold via Comet Lighting have a one years manufacturers warranty.

With some products the manufacturers would require the customer to contact them directly. In these cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

Any goods returned faulty ( within 28 calendar days in original packaging) will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons opened headphones cannot be returned unless faulty.

Any goods returned for credit which are not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum £10 carriage and administration charge. You must return the complete package, including accessories to us. Any items that are missing, when the product is returned to us will also be charged for - However this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products to the address stated in your Order Confirmation.


Product Boxes

We understand that boxes need to be opened to inspect the products, however if you do return the items to us, we need to resell them. WE CANNOT REFUND ON SERIOUSLY DAMAGED product boxes that prevent us from reselling the item. Please ensure that you DO NOT WRITE ON ITEM BOXES and DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE TAPE such as duct tape or heavy duty sealing tape.

Exclusions From The 30 Day Returns Policy

Items not normally stocked such as bespoke, hand made, peronalised with art work such as logos are not eligable for the 30 day return policy. Bulk orders: If you wish to order a large quantity of one product or are wishing to have artwork such as logo's added we are happy to provide a sample before comitting to a large quantity. Once you are happy with the product any orders for bigger quantities will not be eligble for the 30 day returns policy.


After 30 Days

We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you do decide after the 30 day period that you would like to return the order, you may still be able to and receive a credit note, this is reviewed on a case by case basis.

Please contact us and we will do all we can to help. A restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened and items that have been used will not be credited. Any credit notes issued must be used within 60 days of issue.


The Boring Bit...

Items being returned must have all their original packaging, along with all accessories received with it, any sealed items must still be sealed and unused. We will refund the cost of your purchase including the delivery charge. However we will not refund the cost of returning any items that are unwanted and if you request a collection this will be deducted from your refund.

We are sorry to say that items returned in a used condition or missing packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you.


How To Return

To notify us that you wish to return your goods please contact us via telephone or e-mail. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including a returns number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging.
